HOUSTON, Aug. 13 2009/PRNewswire/ -- For the third consecutive year, Shell Lubricants has been named the number one global lubricants supplier selling more lubricants in 2008 than any other supplier in the world.
The research, conducted by Kline & Company(1), gives Shell Lubricants 13% of the market by volume, and a two per cent lead over its nearest competitor. The figures show that despite the tough operating environment, Shell Lubricants outpaced the lubricants market as a whole and continued to increase its market share in key growth countries.
Lithuania’s second round of budget revisions this year will help save 600 million litai ($243 million), Finance Minister Algirdas Semeta said. The changes in the budget plan, which include raising the value-added tax by 2 percentage points to 21 percent, cuts in wages by 10 percent and lowering the ceiling of maternity and sickness benefits, will also help save 1.5 billion litai next year, Semeta told lawmakers today. Estonia is increasing VAT from 18 to 20% from July 1st 2009

Estonia will increase VAT since tomorrow July 1st 2009 from 18 to 20%. Lithuania did it in the beginning of the year by increasing VAT from 18 to 19% and Latvia from 18 to 21%.
After winning a championship title in 2008 in grilling, Jungent Foodservice team participated in Barbecue competition this year. The team won a 3. place at Estonian People Barbecue Competition. Team members on the competition were Toomas Oinak, Danel Rebane, Indrek Võitra, Lauri Saar (trainings participants were also Kait Liinev and Rainer Preemet). Competition took place under severe rain on June 13th 2009 in Türi.

Jungent Ltd. is going to use new logotype and division name Jungent Foodservice in communication with it's foodservice customers in Estonia. The change is caused by the fact that the assortment of drinks and fast-food has broaden towards fast-moving foodservice products like frozen potato and vegetable products, also seafood. After opening up the new frozen and chilled distribution center near Tallinn, the company increased the assortment of Delicato and Lantmännen bakery/bake-off products as well. For better service of foodservice customer, Jungent has created sub-domain address http://foodservice.jungent.ee
The company was founded in 1926 by Cándido Miró. Cándido was the first person to mass produce anchovy stuffed olives.
SERPIS is currently the second national brand in the Spanish market and is present in 72% of the national distribution.
The growth of SERPIS is considerable year on year and is market leader in some references such as red pepper stuffed olives and the TAPEOS range, having more quota than Private Labels.Â
The anchovy stuffed olives together with whole green olives were the main products of the company until the 70’s when new items were launched to cater for larger markets: black olives and red pepper stuffed olives.

Jungent started to sell Volvic flavoured natural mineral waters in September 2008. Volvic is a brand that belongs to water family of Danone group including Evian, Danone, Badoit etc.
Volvic flavoured water is manufactured from natural mineral water from Auvergne in France.
Natural mineral water is slowly passing trough the volcanic soils and absorbing therefore unique mineral content.
We offer 3 versions of flavoured waters :
Volvic lemon-lime flavoured water0,5L
Volvic strawberry flavoured water 0,5 L
Volvic orange-peach flavoured water 0,5 L
Volvic flavoured water is:
- sugar-free
- produced from natural minera water

Dr.Oetker will 1.7.2008 take over Guseppe frozen pizza brand and
production from Orkla. The main market for Guseppe has been Czech Republic
and adjacent countries, also Baltics.
As Jungent is Dr.Oetker’s distributor in Estonia, Jungent is able to continue
sales of Guseppe from Dr.Oetker in July.
Guseppe is already well established frozen pizza brand and has loyal consumers in
Estonia. Therefore Dr.Oetker wants to serve these consumers also in the future with Guseppe. Together with Ristorante and Guseppe Dr.Oetker is offering full range of pizzas to Estonian consumers in the future
Jungent team including Rainer Preemet, Janis Jõgi and Kait Liinev won Estonian Championship in Grilling June 2008. The win came in pork rib competition at Türi city June 16th 2008. Horeca team participated in this second year.
The achievement became because of good training, preparation, Weber Grill, Uncle Bens Texan Barbecue sauce and Pepper shop. We got barbecue grill as a main prize and will participate in Barbecue competition next year.

Jungent has entered into deep-frozen and chilled distribution business itself by direct investment into warehouse space. The opening of 2500 m2 facility took place April 10th 2008. The warehouse has presently 2000 m2 of deep frozen and 500m2 of chilled facility operational, but there is capacity of building double more space.

Kait Liinev (an active partner of Jungent Ltd.) today announced that, it has entered into an agreement with the Ogmios Prekyba UAB., Lithuania FMCG distributor to buy 50% shares of the company. The deal is executed through Ahoi Investments Ltd. , who’s 100% owner is Kait Liinev.
The exchange of Ogmios Prekyba UAB. shares has taken place in November 2007 and will be effective on completion of the purchase in July 2008.
Coffee Queen aims at market leadership with Accent

Accent Equity is acquiring 51% of the shares in the rapidly growing company which develops,
manufactures and sells coffee machines. The present owner and CEO, Georg Möller, and the
management team of the company will own the remaining shares. Coffee Queen’s headquarters
and main production facilities are situated in Arvika where approximately 60 people are
employed. Wholly owned subsidiaries are found in China, Germany and Norway. The company
reported a turnover of about SEK 170 million in the most recent financial year.

Refresco Holding B.V. ("Refresco"), a major European manufacturer of soft drinks, today
announced the acquisition of Histogram Ltd ("Histogram"), a UK soft drinks business based
in Durham.
This is the first acquisition by Refresco in the United Kingdom and represents another
exciting new growth market for the Refresco Group. This follows the recent acquisition by

Jungent Estonia has started to sell Belgian Chocolate Group assorted chocolates and chocolate figurines. 80% of BCG production is exported to 30 different countries around the globe.
Every second year we invite Jungent suppliers to participate on Supplier Days. Our idea is to bring together export people that are responsible for Baltic markets and share the future business plans of Jungent sales and marketing company. This year we plan to combine 2 in 1 - i.e Key Account customers are also invited. It will be a 2 day event with informative seminar, adventure at manor landscape, sauna and music with rock band.
